Our core positions

Executive Director
This position is responsible for providing day-to-day and strategic leadership for the online public high school. Directs personnel actions including recruiting, interviewing and selecting new staff and faculty, salary determinations, training, and personnel evaluations. This position also assists in the development of school goals and objectives in accordance with company standards.

Principal
Each principal oversees, directs, develops, and implements education and teaching programs for the high school. This position is the education leader of the school and has the primary responsibility for the academic success of the students of the high school.

Operations Manager
Under minimal supervision, this position manages various student services and/or operational activities throughout the school.

Registrar
The School Registrar serves as the custodian of student records and State reports, both electronic and paper, responsible for managing the policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure that all student records and State reports are maintained accurately and according to State standards.

Academic Counselor
Under limited supervision, this position provides academic advisement and management for all new and continuing students throughout their academic program while serving as a liaison between the student and the High School with regard to High School policies and procedures. Counseling credential required per state requirements.

Internship Opportunities
Insight accepts a limited number of students for internships during the year. There is no stipend, but we will help you fulfill necessary requirements so you can receive college credit for your work.
