Insight Schools, Inc. operates the nation’s largest national network of full-time, diploma-granting, public online high schools. We serve students who, for a variety of reasons, need an alternative to the traditional public high school experience. Our schools are authorized and governed by local districts, state governments or community organizations. Our Focus
Insight Schools’ mission is to serve teens seeking a different kind of high school experience. This includes students who may realize greater success if they have the flexibility to study at their own time, place and pace, and an education that accommodates their interests, learning style and abilities.
Today’s technology enables Insight Schools to deliver a personalized education. And, while we know that full-time online school is not appropriate for every student, our innovative, tuition-free schools can be the bridge that brings many students back into the public school system.
How We Work
We provide all the expertise and resources necessary to get a full-time, online public high school up and running in your community.
Insight Schools partners with local school districts and other community organizations to build and operate a complete high school. Our local partners authorize and govern the school, while we supply the resources, expertise and operational management.
Insight Schools provides:
- School administration for day-to-day management of the school and all related activities
- Leading online curriculum offering a broad selection of core and elective courses
- Trained, certified teachers to facilitate highly personalized one-on-one interaction with Insight students
- Startup capital to get the school up and running
- Student recruitment and outreach to meet enrollment objectives
- Laptops, printer/scanners, headsets and microphones for students to complete coursework
- Technology systems including a Student Information System (SIS), Learning Management System (LMS), and Virtual Classroom
- Extra- and co-curricular programs to facilitate the development of a vibrant learning community
